These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the owner of the Myofera mobile application ("the App") and individuals who use it ("User", "you"). By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.

Myofera is a mobile fitness application offering workout tracking, program management, progress/personal record visualization, a muscle activation map, nutrition tracking, and AI-assisted training guidance ("AI Coach").
The App's content and suggestions are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
Access to all features of the App is provided through a monthly auto-renewing subscription. There is no free tier or feature-based restriction — while your subscription is active, all features are accessible.

| Billing | When you start your subscription and at each renewal, your Google Play account is charged the current price shown in the app store (Google Play) at the time of purchase. |
| Auto-renewal | The subscription automatically renews and is billed monthly unless you cancel. |
| Cancellation | You may cancel your subscription at any time from Google Play's subscription management screen (in-app: Profile → Subscription → "Manage Subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. |
| Refunds | Refund requests are subject to Google Play's own refund policy; refunds are processed directly by Google, not by the App provider. |
| Price changes | If the subscription price changes, you will be notified via Google Play before the change takes effect; no retroactive charges are applied to an ongoing subscription period. |
| Restoring purchases | If you change devices or reinstall the App, sign in with the same account and use Profile → Subscription → "Restore Purchases" to restore your existing subscription. |
The App's design, software, brand name ("Myofera"), logo, and original content within the App (exercise descriptions, muscle maps, interface design, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Nedim Kahraman. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from these beyond the App's normal use.
You may not use the App to:
Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
The App's content and AI Coach responses do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; you are advised to consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
The App is provided "as is." No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nedim Kahraman shall not be liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of profit, etc.) arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified in-app if significant changes are made. The current Terms are always published on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
